Established in 2004, today, Reflex Gaming is one of the leading gambling machine suppliers in the UK, and the largest under British ownership.
In 2019, Reflex Gaming was purchased by Dransfields, the UK’s most successful national operator established in 1947.
Since inception we have been a pioneering provider of gambling games and gaming machines for both digital and analogue markets, driving through new innovations in gaming including the creation of entirely new gaming categories.
Our machines and games span all categories of land-based gaming in the UK, as well as online and overseas markets.
Hands-on at every level
Our senior management team have each been working in the industry for more than 30 years, providing them with a wealth of knowledge. Combining this vast knowledge with our relationships with operators and distributor clients, we know what games will resonate with our audience, the players.
As we’ve grown the company, we still remain loyal to our founding beliefs of not being political or corporate.
Being hands-on at all levels is very much our way of doing business.
We are a small company with BIG responsibilities. As such, our beliefs are that a socially responsible gaming company needs to provide players with sufficient information so they can make informed decisions and the tools to be able to implement those decisions.
Social Responsibility is at the heart of what we do
As a licensed business in a highly regulated sector, we meet all relevant technical standards, licensing obligations, game regulations, platform rules and consumer laws.
We are actively involved in bringing the industry together to discuss key topics in the area of Social Responsibility, and try to find ways forward to make real differences via product design and operational behaviours. Our CPO, Mat Ingram chairs the industry forum which was created to discuss and implement socially responsible game design.
Allow players to make informed decisions
The key to a great gaming experience is to equip players with information and choices. We offer clear, accessible information on how our games work to allow players to better understand the games they are playing and give plenty of scope for consideration of actions.
Continuous improvement, every day
We comply with all technical standards, game rules and regulations, as defined in the Bacta standards documentation.
Mat Ingram, CPO serves as the Vice-Chair on Bacta’s working group to maintain and update the UK gaming machine standards.
Mat said, “The Bacta Standards Committee and their protocols create a real strength and unity in our industry. Our sector includes a wide variety of businesses, which could easily become disparate if it wasn’t for Bacta.
“I’m proud to be able to contribute to the team and to fold the newly-emerging technologies into up-to-date standards.”
