Landing 3 or more Bonus symbols in the base game triggers Free Spins. At the start of Free Spins, the 2 smallest fish types on the reels are upgraded to the next level of fish up. The number of spins awarded, plus any extra fish upgrades is determined by the number of Bonus symbols which have landed.
Landing 3 symbols awards 10 Free Spins, starting at Level 1.
Landing 4 symbols awards 15 Free Spins, starting at Level 2 (Starts with 3 symbols added to the trail).
Landing 5 symbols awards 20 Free Spins, starting at Level 4 (Trail filled from the start).
During Free Spins the Fisherman can appear on the reels and will catch any Cash Fish landing anywhere on the reels at the same time, he may also display a multiplier which is applied to the value of any fish caught. Above the reels a 9-stage trail is displayed, each time a Fisherman lands it will also get added to the trail. For every 3 Fishermen which are added to the trail the next level is activated. Once the current set of spins has been exhausted the next level will be activated, awarding an extra 10 Free Spins and upgrading all instances of the lowest fish type left on the reels to the next one up, highlighted after each set of Fishermen along the trail. Any Fisherman symbols which land without any Cash Fish in view will lock in place, remaining on the reels until either Cash Fish land or the Free Spins end. Free Spins are played with the same bet and lines as the base game that triggered them.
An alternative version of the base game can be played at the same bet value via the Max Play button. During this mode the Fisherman symbol is added to the reels, activating the Cash Fish awards, with the reels only containing Fish, Fisherman and Bonus Symbols. All other regular pay symbols are removed from the reels, replaced by the fishing weight symbol which has no associated prize value.
There is the option for a player to increase their bet by 1.5x to activate the Bonus Respin feature and increase the chance of Free Spins. This is awarded when 2 Bonus Symbols land on the reels, with any reels which have not landed a Bonus Symbol spinning off for a 2nd chance of landing the bonus. Golden Bet can be enabled in both standard and Max Play mode.
At the end of a base game spin fishing rods may appear above any reels which don't already contain a Bonus symbol. A line will be thrown down with a hook on, disappearing down below the reels, once reeled back one or more will have hooked a bonus symbol which then gets dropped off on the reels which may trigger Free Spins.
A gamble can be offered on any base game wins, including Cash Fish wins in Max Play mode, enabled via the gamble button which can be configured to be OFF, ON, or 5X OR MORE. The left wheel can be used to gamble for bigger cash prizes, the right wheel can be used to gamble for levels of the free spins bonus.
By selecting the Bonus Buy button, the player can pay x125 to buy Free Spins with their choice of bet size.
